A personal chef does all of the shopping and prepares healthy entrees and side dishes in his or her own kitchen. These dishes are then delivered to you, ready to heat and serve in the comfort of your own home.Who could benefit from a personal chef?You may be wondering whether or not you could benefit from a personal chef. Who gets the groceries?As your personal chef, I will shop for freshest produce and highest quality of meats, fish, and poultry available just as I would if I were preparing the food for my own family. Your grocery bill will reflect the menus you have selected.What type of payment arrangements do you accept?The cooking fee and estimated grocery shopping bill is due on the day you have arranged for me to cook for you. I will leave an invoice for the balance due, payable upon receipt, or a refund check for any variance from the eastimate. I accept payment in the form of:
How are the prepared foods stored?I will be glad to package your foods in freezer-quality reusable containers such as Rubbermaid, Pyrex or Tupperware products. All packaged products will be labeled and dated for your convenience. If you prefer this option and do not currently own suitable sizes or quantities, I will be glad to purchase them for you.What about long term storage?Vacuum sealing is the ideal method of storing frozen foods, although it is not suitable for all menu items. f you wish to use the vacuum sealing method (for appropriate food selections), there is a $.75 charge per vacuum-sealed item. This covers the cost of packaging materials. |
