Clients pay for Lisa's time spent cooking plus the cost of groceries. Grocery shopping and delivery are FREE. $200 minimum for one week of service. Five lunches and dinners (i.e., 10 meals) for two people averages $350.

How It Works

After a free in-home consultation, Lisa will create a master menu especially for you from which you can order each week. We use our San Rafael kitchen and deliver to you. We are familiar with South Beach, Zone, Heart Healthy, Weight Watchers, Vegetarian and many other styles, and Lisa has numerous tricks to “mimic” the taste of more highly caloric meals, but without the extra fat, carbs and calories.

We offer free consultation and free delivery and are competitively priced with other comparable services.
