Daily Delivery

Want fresh healthy meals delivered daily?
Three meals, two snacks, two fresh juices.

$100/day plus cost of groceries. (Couple/family rate negotiable)

Delivery available to Marin, Berkeley and San Francisco.

Dinner Parties

Want an elegant meal prepared and served in your home? Typical meal includes main entree, two sides, salad, soup, dessert- Staggered courses. Hors D'oevres available on request. Hourly rate includes shopping and clean-up.

1-4 persons - $45/hr
5-8 persons - $65/hr (includes assistant)

How It Works

After a free in-home consultation, Lisa will create a master menu especially for you from which you can order each week. We are familiar with South Beach, Zone, Heart Healthy, Weight Watchers, Vegetarian and many other styles, and Lisa has numerous tricks to “mimic” the taste of more highly caloric meals, but without the extra fat, carbs and calories.

We offer free consultation and are competitively priced with other comparable services.
